Terms and Conditions
Before you continue, read the following terms and click on Continue button at the bottom in order to continue with the online enrollment.
PAYMENT OF FEES:
Once enrolled, students can pay full amount of the course enrolled or in installments as situplated by the counsellor. The students are obliged to pay the balance of any outstanding fees at the beginning of every month. (For details on installment payments is available on the webiste under the course of your interest)
Any student with any outstanding fees after the date will be refused entry to any class and use of other Aptech facilities and will need to make a special arrangement with the administration to continue studying.
OUTSTANDING BALANCES:
No new enrollment into a course will be accepted if there are any outstanding balances from previously enrolled courses.
SPONSORED STUDENTS:
Sponsored students will not be enrolled without either the minimum deposit or an accepted letter of sponsorship. A student who pays for themselves and is subsequently sponsored will obtain a full refund of their own payment.
DISCOUNT APPLICATIONS NB:
To be eligible for a repeat paper discount you must have attended over 80% of the classes you were enrolled in and also have submitted a script for every practice test set for your class.
TUTION REFUND POLICY:
Aptech refund policy is only applicable under the following conditions:
Tuition payment is done by the student and sponsor concurrently. Refund shall be done after receipt of a written application from the student attached with confirmatory evidence of both student and sponsor funds into our bank account for the same purpose.

NOTE
All Aptech courses are strictly and currently physical classes. There will be no online classes.
STUDY MATERIALS
Study Materials shall be issued on your first class attendance. These shall be in digital format as we encourage ESG sustainability goals.
Please note: Study Materials should be requested for within the ongoing term, students are not entitled to claim study materials after term expires. Aptech reserves the right to issue the study materials when the diet has expired.
